Alright well I fixed my headlight stick now on my 99 DI however I believe the Rotary Coupler has gone bad because the steering wheel is mounted back where I made the marks when I took it off and when driving to go straight the wheel must be turned to the left more than it should also whenever I make a turn you can here the rotary coupler click which isn't good. So my question is how much is this going to be to replace and are my assumptions correct in thinking that its out? Thanks
