Default Rough Idling while in Drive

Hey everyone, On my way home today while stopped at a traffic light, The Land Rover began idling rough. Pulled into a parking lot and noticed when I put the vehicle in park and turned the air-conditioning off the idling improved, but then when I shifted back to Drive the idling was very rough.

I’ve recently replaced my lifters and have had three bad lifters so far and have been hearing a ticking noise on my right side which I presumed was another lifter that was slowly failing. Noticed today after I pulled over that on the same side the exhaust and catalytic converter on that side was smoking. However, The catalytic converter on the other side wasn’t smoking.

Read the codes which were indicating misfires all over the place. I’ve recently replaced the spark plugs, the spark plug wires, and the Coil pack and the vehicle has been running fine for two weeks on those parts. One of the codes was saying that cylinder 5 was misfiring which is on the opposite side of the smoking catalytic converter and ticking noise. I feel like the smoking catalytic converter is a strong indicator and that this is most likely a lifter that is failing on the same side as the smoking catalytic convertor and that the main issue isn’t a misfire on cylinder five, but what do you guys think?

nope is for dopes = misfire on a plug wire is not going to cause rough idle - you could pull 4 plug wires not going to cause a rough idle

Looks like a P1362 code was thrown also. Fuse 3 in satellite box 1 is good. When I play with the coil pack connector I get a change in RPMs

Update***
Switched my 1 week old coil pack out for my old coil pack and the vibration is greatly improved.

thank you for that! I replaced the coil pack trying to rule out a previous problem so the old one works well.
