Now that I am a proud owner I see them everywhere...

Don't know about older tires that may have started dry rot, have had old ones that looked brand new, like a spare, come apart at freeway speeds. That said, a person could make that vehicle move again, but price for a non-runner seems negotiable. (Cost to get operational) = (Monthly paycheck) X (number of plug wires) .....

In the cold part of Montana, by some great looking lakes. Just down the road from Hungry Horse.

I love the 'no title' part too. That makes things exponentially more difficult.

I am curious how it came to rest in its current state: Shoeless in Montana.

Sounds like whoever owns that RR for sale has spent too much at the CANNABIS CLINIC.

As far as old tires, they say they are killers, especially the original spares that so many of us are riding around with them hanging off the rear door.
