I know there are a lot of similarities between the D1 and the RRC. Does anyone know if the basic frame is the same?
The reason I ask is because I have an old Warn 8274 winch in my garage, and I've just come across an old winch mount for a RRC, which appears to be configured for the front-mounted winch. I'm wondering if the mount would be compatible from the RRC to the D1. Anybody have any input on this?

 

I know that you can put a RRC bumper on a D1 with just a little trimming on the bottom of the fenders. So I would assume that the frames up front anyhow would be the same..... Hope that helps you

 

Yeah, I think so. It looks like this winch mount hooks up to the frame in the same manner and location as the brush guard.
