Default Rust proofing chassis

Hello,
I am about to rust proof my chassis, discovery 1 1997. No major issues, just some surface rust in some places.
Any recommendations please ?
I want something that dries to the touch so no dirt will stick to it when in muddy or dusty terrains.
Was looking at Lanoguard, has any one used it ? Does it really cures to non tacky surface ?
Dinitroll is good but will stay tacky

Thanks.

I really like POR-15.
I applied it to the top of the dogleg/wheel well in the rear door jam (a known place of rust) in 2006. I recoated it around 2020 , I prolly could have let it go several more yrs (vehicle is not garaged).

I’ve heard about it several times but unfortunately it’s not available in Malta.

I used Eastwood chassis paint about two years ago. So far so good.
