Seafoam how to?

In our very own tech section, but yes. They seem to be pretty similar

Well because we have a different set-up than the DII, you will need to hook up the tube in a different spot. I did this over the weekend and pulled the little vacuum line from the back side(side closest to the firewall) and put on my clear tubing. I just used a standard tube made for fish aquariums. Just control the flow like the write-up says and you should be fine.
I also have seen on here where people trashed their engine with seafoam injection cleaning. I don't care to take that kind of risk, so I just added it to the gas tank and some in the crankcase this last time.
What damage did it cause to the engine? I have heard of people hydrolocking engines by allowing too much Seafoam in. Im just curious about other ways it can be harmful before I use it on my Disco.
I used to work at a shop as a teenager, and we had a BG device for cleaning the injectors (and intake too):
BG Company
The engine actually ran off the cleaner instead of fuel. We had an 80 series landcruiser come in once that had a dead miss on a cylinder. We ran a can of cleaner through it and it cleaned up a stuck injector and ran perfectly smooth after. I called a couple years ago to price one, and they were only about $200. Assuming that they haven't gone up much over the years, it might be something worth a club or group purchase, if you live in an area with enough people to share it. Heck, we charged around $100 to perform this service, it would pay for itself in just a few uses.

Mine is running fine currently, but thought it would be a good thing to clean the injectors since the engine has 170K on it. I know that the engine is dirty so running 1/2 can of seafoam in the crank case would be very beneficial.
