Bleed again - and soon. And it is time for a brake job, based on your comments.

I have been reading the workshop manual (I do not have a windows PC) and there is a procedure for bleeding the MS that I missed. I will give that a try and then perhaps another full bleed. If no improvements, then I will replace the calipers and hoses along with rotors and pads.

I have a lead on used calipers, but not sure if I want to go that route. I want to be SURE that the components are in good working order.

When bleeding a D1 you're supposed to start with the wheel furthest from the MC, which is actually the Left Rear, not the Right Rear.

On a vehicle that old it's likely you need new flex hoses as well.
