Default Shock bushing

Is it suppose to be hard as a rock? I don't know, cause Land Rover tent to make things different. The round circular bushing, that looks like a flat pingpong ball.
Look like this one

1994-1995, 1997 Land Rover Defender 90 Shock Bushing - Suspension - Aftermarket, Front, Rear Lower 94-95, 97 Defender 90 Shock Bushing - 270-01073453 - PartsGeek

If someone can point to me a place that I can purchase this, which is not $9 a pop, I greatly appreciate it. I need 12.

Are you talking about the bushings in the shock "pins" and not the eyes on the rears?

You couldn't pay me enough to undo the front lower shocks without replacing them. They are a royal pain in the butt. And new shocks will come with new bushings.

I believe the part number is 552818 if you're dead set on replacing just the bushings. Rovers north shows them for $1.50 each.

Trevor at Rovahfarm is probably one of the most under the radar rover parts places. He's been at it forever and is a real good guy to deal with.
