Default Springs / Shocks Recomendations. I know, I've read till my head hurts...

Ok, truck needs shocks and springs all around. Bushings also. As well as that ball-joint thingy on the top of rear suspension.
Not wanting a trail pig. This is my DD, go figure. Want something that I can take on undeveloped, not maintained, fire roads a few times a year. Have several hundred mostly wooded acres that I need to start paying attention to.
Thinking 1.5"-2" tops. Will be getting front bumper/winch someday. 235/70-16's are what is on it now and will be for the foreseeable future.
Can't see myself carrying more that a chainsaw, rifle, shotgun, chains, straps, my fat ***, etc...

Not kidding, I have been reading and clicking here and there until I am so far down the rabbit hole that I have about 36 tabs open and I catch myself looking at questionable Asian cartoons of an adult nature.

Any feedback on what some folks have experience with would be appreciated.
Part numbers, I like part numbers.

TIA

I'd go with either Terra Firma or Old Man Emu Medium duty springs.
I'd pair them with the blue/yellow 4600 Bilstein shocks. Maybe even the Fox +2" factory fit shocks.

Unfortunately it's inevitable, you will end up drinking the Kool-Aid.

Thanks fishEH. Thought I saw you mention that set-up in a post but I couldn't remember where.

OverRover, Terrafirma eh? You like them do ya?

Actually no! IMHO TF is garbage and I was making a goof how most "love" those parts (flame on). I would use a scrap set of Bearmach springs before I would waste money on TF. My 1st choice is OME springs with Bilstein shocks. And a full set of PolyBush Orange bushings> https://www.lucky8llc.com/collection...-kit-dynamic-1

OME Front Medium: 2761 OR HD: 2751
OME Rear Medium: 2764 OR HD: 2781

This site has been around for a bit & there's some good info > land rover spring specifications

Been a long time since I've bought shocks for a non-oem application ('86-'87 Turbo Buicks, KYB's). What are the bilstein part #'s, please.

Ok, pulling the trigger on a set of OME med. springs and Bilsteins. Probably a set of +2" ss brake lines as well.
Front and rear props have new universals. No roto-flex. Am I going to need a dbl cardon front?
Also, what about the rear A-arm ball-joint. It needs replaced. Go with stock or something else.

Hooray collision check!
