Default Stalling when slowing down

I looked around but i cant find an answer. I am having an issue, when i slow down, by braking or taking my foot off the gas, the revs drop and drop and drop, till death and stall. I am getting no codes, and have never seen this before.

Rewind a couple days, large rainstorm, lots of water, bad drainage, big puddle got something wet and caused a parasitic battery loss somewhere. Advanced auto parts said it was a .62 milliamp loss, i only found .30ma loss. I also found that it didnt change no matter what fuse or relay i pulled.

Please help.

Sounds like something got wet and is still wet, possibly ECU. Mine acted like that when I washed under the hood at the Car Wash. Learned very quickly not to use the power wand under the hood.

Just remove your ECU and open it up and check for water.

Yeah i do still have it. shoot me a message and i will send it to you. What do you mean by checking it out? When i finally stopped the high rev issue i replaced the tps and iacv cause one of them was bad, it was just to late for the adaptive memory, thats my assumption.

And if it got wet does someone make an extension to relocate said computer to say inside the cab, to prevent the wet.

I have been considering relocating my ECM from the engine bay sidewall to inside the cab, possibly near the glove box. I am preety disappointed with the genral wiring on the Discovery anyway and have been re-routing, redoing the harness into smaller subsections, removing unused stuff and so forth. That is on my list of things to look at more closely.

I snatched the CD player and factory radio out already. Looking at some other wiring improvements like relocating the electical stuff along the edge of the driver's seat and a few other simple changes.

If you just seal your ECU with silicone it will keep water out.

In further news, i just took it for a drive and it didnt die but it did drop in rpms down to roughly 500 when slowing down.
