Default starting issues

I have a 97' that starts up sometimes and shut it off and then nothing. It has fuel and spark and cranks over good but won't start. Sometimes I'll wait an hour and come back and it fires right up, but when I turn it off and try again it just cranks and cranks. I just changed the crank position sensor and timing chain, marks are dead on. Are there any other sensors that could be causing this?

It seems to be the computer I think, When I take the positive cable off the battery for a few and put back on it is resetting the computer. Sometimes it will start without doing that thou.

Check OBD port for 12vdc on socket 16, ETM says pwr from F 3,
10 A, P128 Satellite Fuse Box 2. Appears fuse also powers audio system.

My obd port only has half the pins in it that have wires running to it. If i count from the top left to right to 16 there is no wire. Also none of the wires in it have power and the fuse is good. I guess I'll just have to undo the the battery cable when I want to start it.

16 is top left port.... and they're not all used. Up to you from this point, mine starts perfectly. The service manual is in the tech section, called the "Rave".
