^As simple as that. The only issue I ran into were that the spring compressors had to be extended more towards the bottom of the spring. They could also not be directly opposite to each other, when releasing the tension the top of the compressor would jam into the top of the rear shock towers. So when installing them take a good look at how and where the fully compressed springs will extend to.
If you have 6 ton jack stands and can get the truck up high enough you can disconnect the sway and use a bottle jack to push the axle down enough that the spring will just set in without compressors.
So I completed the swap. Took a little longer than I expected, but it was my first time. Front end sits a little lower than the rear hopefully it settles. It's just temporary till I can afford a proper lift. Any way I will post pics when I figure out how from my phone.

Before and after pics. The lift ended up being about 2.25" in the rear and about 1.75" in the front. Now on to the new tires.
