^As simple as that. The only issue I ran into were that the spring compressors had to be extended more towards the bottom of the spring. They could also not be directly opposite to each other, when releasing the tension the top of the compressor would jam into the top of the rear shock towers. So when installing them take a good look at how and where the fully compressed springs will extend to.

If you have 6 ton jack stands and can get the truck up high enough you can disconnect the sway and use a bottle jack to push the axle down enough that the spring will just set in without compressors.

ahh i was wondering if i could do it without compressors. i do have a 4ton jack and lots of jack stands.

Just need to get the frame high enough up so the axle droops a lot. The fj coil is a really tall spring.

So I completed the swap. Took a little longer than I expected, but it was my first time. Front end sits a little lower than the rear hopefully it settles. It's just temporary till I can afford a proper lift. Any way I will post pics when I figure out how from my phone.

You will need a Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket account, its free.
Upload your pics to it, then scroll over the pic you want, copy the "img" tab and paste it in the thread.
They have a mobile app too.
You can use any photo sharing sight.

how soft are thos springs for the rear also how stiff does it make the front using the rear springs. i also have a lean to the right most likely from worn out springs. so should i go this route?

Before and after pics. The lift ended up being about 2.25" in the rear and about 1.75" in the front. Now on to the new tires.
