Talking Stray D1 is home

Back in JULY I bought a 1996 D1 it is now named the "STRAY". It needs a transfer case and TLC just debating about if I rebuild this one or Mutley. Pictures are as it was dropped off by the wrecker. Engine runs great, miles around 212,000, no crash damage so sort of thinking on it.

I would yank them carpets out and see how rusty it is underneath and the rear cargo area as well.

Good Luck with it.

No rust anyplace EXCEPT a little surface by the wind screen. Any idea where to get a good transfer case for it??
