Default tactical rover guys

Hello,
I got a 97 disco and have been watching the YouTube videos for the tactical rover guys.
There products appear good and plan on buying them.
But does anyone know what suspension setups and tire sizes there running?

Thanks for any help.
Brant

Pretty sure they talk about the truck specs in the comments for the video.

Run the size that works for your truck and the type of trails you will be running. Remember, it is also important to look at gear size, lockers and axles when going to a larger tire and the taller your lift the more changes you will need to make to your truck to make the lift work.
You are looking at an expensive project which is why I am saying, take your time and decide what you need to get what you want out of your D1.

Sound advice right there. Though sometimes its hard to know in advance exactly what you want to do with your truck. 2" Lift with 32" tires is very common and doesn't require too many other mods. 3"+ with 33"+ tires and you start needing lockers and HD axles and corrected arms and driveshafts, etc.

Or you can go 2", 33s, lots of cutting and be easy on the skinny pedal and hope the Rover gods aren't upset. That's what I do!

*Disclaimer - HD axles and gears would be ideal/preferred but at this time I use the above method. Attempt at your own risk*

Thanks for everyone's input
So for mild trails here in Nevada, just for camping and exploring all the trails here.
I am thinking 235/85/16 tires and ome extra heavy duty springs and shocks

That sounds like a good choice. I wouldn't go super heavy on springs unless you plan on bumpers, winch, lots of gear, etc...
Is that your truck? If so what are you using to mount the hi-lift on the rack?
