Yep that's my truck.
The high lift is mounted to welded tabs on the rack.
Then a long wing bolt goes through the jack and screws into the tabs.
I will take a close up photo.

Yes the previous owner put 2 inch spacers on.

The shocks are junk right now, feels like I am in a boat while driving it.

I didn't want to weld or drill on my rack so I made my own out of some pipe repair clamps. Worked great!

 

Yes sir, I use the same clamps for shovel and such.

2" TF MD springs, 11.25" Rancho rear shocks, 9.875" Rancho front shocks, RTE shock mounts all the way around with D2 front towers. 285/75 tires (33") and a good bit of fender cutting.
