Tail and Dash Lights out.
I have read many reasons for these not too work, mostly the light switch itself. Removed it and cleaned it 3 times, bought another used light switch, same exact problem.
Headlights turn on blinkers and brakes work, no tail lights or instrument cluster at all.
Work around or drive around is using rear fog light as running lights.
Any Ideas What Else to test or check?
Thanx in Advance

The dash light is out because the tail lights are out. It is the truck's way of telling you that you have a problem.
Tail lights could be bulbs, grounds, connections, or fuses.
Since you changed the stalk (hopefully with a known to be good unit) that is less likely, but not impossible. Don't rule it out completely.

I had the bulb sockets melt or deform from heat in a way that the outer base pins would not locate in the proper position to make contact. I replaced sockets, used correct bulbs with dielectric grease and no problems since. I also used grease on the wiring connector to each lamp ( for that matter - all lamps on the truck! and new o-rings where used!) Russ
Thnx guys , sorry for the delay.
Ended up removing all bulbs from rear and same problem.
Noticed popped fuse under hood.
Replaced and all good, till i turned on front Fogs. Popped fuse again.
So new fuse and Do Not Touch Front Fogs Dad.
I'll look into it later, at least all working correctly in the rear.
Thanx again
