Default tail light shorting out?

so i had my right rear tail light short out thus cutting my dash lights off. none of the light bulbs are burned out which is what has me stumped. has anybody had a similar problem? im new to land rovers but im not new to cars at all. any ideas would be great as this has temporarily taken ovder daily duties away from my subaru again

Check the fuse box under the steering wheel. I just had a similar issue and it was a blown fuse.

You may have to replace the entire right side socket assy and back part of the tail light where the socket screws into, they melt and short out.
