Hello friends,

I am trying to locate the TDC Marker on my 95 disco. I truly do not know where exactly is located. According to the manual the tdc marker is on the crankshaft pulley? I might be wrong but I can not find any marks around this area.

Can any one advice?

lay under the vehicle and look up at the harmonic damper pulley...put a socket on the nut that holds it on and use a ratchet to turn the crankshaft(pulley) so you can see the lines and numbers stamped into the pulley....use some spray carb leaner to make them more visible and clean.....you may at this time want to highlight the timing mark ( tdc mark) on the pulley with some white paint .....because it's a SOB to see ......the pointer is at about the 2 o'clock position when looking at the front of the engine...wipe that clean too...and good luck seeing the marks as you use a timing light .....there's a lot of obstructions but it is possible
