So I'm installing Terrafirma HD steering on my Disco as well as their steering damper, and I've found that the damper does not seem to fit into the bracket, as seen here:




The blue part hits the edge of the bracket and prevents the bolt from going far enough in. I tried reversing the damper and while it was a closer fit, it still wasn't right.

I also tried reversing the bracket, and while this allowed the damper to fit, it did not allow it to use its full travel and actually prevented the steering from going all the way to driver lock.

It kind of seems like this bracket was designed to be used with a stock damper? Am I going to be forced to get a relocation kit?
