Default which tie rod end is lh thread?

97 discovery USA model, which end is the left hand thread?

Assuming your trackrod is the same, it should the passenger side (RH ) tierod and all other are RH thread.

here's a kit with all four of them for 50 bucks shipped. My tie rod's boots are cracked but are not wobbly so not sure if i should replace them.

I just twisted off the wheel end of the drag rod. Seems it was left hand thread. Going to have to replace the drag link.

They might be ok but the OEM Lemforder rods are about $45AUD each so that says something about the quality.

If you are going to replace all 4 tie rods (& you should) then LEMFORDER is the way to go. Never had an issue with these on LR, BMW, MZB, etc....

If you're looking for a drag link there's some D1's on the AutoPartsCity in Waukegan, IL.
Otherwise Paul Grant or Drillbit on here should be able to get you a good used one.
