The reason I had to relocate my ground was that the damn thing corroded to the point of not being able to disassemble. Looked like the Titantic artifacts. Anywhere on the frame member is fine. I used a dremel deburring tool in a power drill to abrade to bare metal, mounted a new terminal with a selfdrilling body bolt. That was 4 years ago and no more intermittent starter issues since.
