Default TPS not registering 100%

I've been having issues with my '97 Disco bogging down on the highway especially going up inclines.
I bought an UltraGauage, best investment I've make for this Disco.

Today, I checked the TPS %'s
- at idle it reads 13%
- with the accelerator pedal as far as I can press it it reads 87%

Hmmm 13 + 87 = 100%

I would think if the ECM sees 87% as WOT it would not give the correct AFR and might be the cause of this bog.
Can someone tell me their TPS %'s at idle and WOT?

Default

tps% is misleading. its the sensor voltage divided by 5V * 100%. It is not throttle angle. your experience is normal
