So I have an issue with my turn signals blinking fast.

Both left and right blinks fast, but normal with the hazards, Checked and cleaned all the sockets, all lights are working as they should.

Did you just upgrade to LED lighting if so you need to add a resistor to the rear turn signal lights, if you did not upgrade to LED check that all of your bulbs are working it can also happen when exterior turn signal lights are out.
