Default Turn signals and Hazard not working Removed Switch already (help!)

Land Rover Disco 1 - Turn Signal & Headlamp Switch Removal from the steering wheel area by watching a video. See pics. I do not know what to do from here. Everything looks clean but it says to clean things (not sure what that means). I was able to get the piece off without removing the steering wheel because if I just turned the wheel I was able to get the screw driving into the screw. What do I do form here. Please guys I am needing not too technical instructions. Thanks rover gurus!

Check out section H6. There is a fuse under the hood F4 30A and under the dash F1 15A. Both feed the hazard switch. If the hazard switch does not have power the blinkers will not work. Start there and work your way through the circuit.

check every fuse first. The turn signal stalks do go bad over time. Theoretically you could pull it apart and clean it out, but in all likelihood you'd break something while doing so.

I did check all fuses associated with these and all were ok. I even put new ones just in case did not read right. There is something I just found today (see pics) that is not attached to anything and may be the problem??

I checked all the fuses and all were fine. I even put fresh ones in just in case. This is something new I noticed (see pics) It is just hanging free. Could this be issue? Thanks.

I changed all fuses with new ones even if they did look ok. This is hanging and not plugged into anything. Could this be issue?

Default In addition to stalk

I checked all the fuses and even replaced with new just in case reading wrong. This is hanging down and I can not see anywhere it would connect to. Could this be issue?

I also have that plug in my disco and it is also not connected to anything.I haven't suffered any noticeable ill effects from it not being plugged in, so I don't think its related to you turn signal issue. If anyone here does know what that plug is for I would be interested to know.
