Possibly with a little trimming also.
What are you going to do regarding the diff's that are quite weak as stock and with 285's you will be needing gears, HD axles and lockers to support a 33" tire when playing hard.

DM brings up valid points. Much of it will depend on how hard you wheel, if at all. You won't necessarily need all that stuff, but it wouldn't hurt. The main thing to remember is to take it easy on the skinny pedal, don't spin your tires. A locker and HD axles and/or very good articulation will help you crawl over obstacles slowly instead of cowboying over them at speed and spinning tires.

I have a 2" lift with 285's on it. "Camel Cut" and it works well. Only a little rubbing on my Right Front Radius arm at full right steering which I just haven't adjusted yet.

I know the list of parts everyone else gave you is pretty spendy cause I got the same list. But don't overlook some basics like Rotoflex eliminator because your lift will eat those up like candy, and +2 shocks so you get the full benefit of your lift.

I got my shocks from Lucky8.

Also I've been on a couple difficult trails in colorado without lockers and axle upgrades. Might not be the best idea but do-able.

I know I find it hard to use a sarcastic tone while typing.
