Default ultragauge codes question

I got an ultragauge a few days ago and plugged it in. I immediately got an alarm, that I still get every time I start the truck. I also got the trouble codes and cleared the CEL.

The alarm is
cat bank 1 sensor 1
val 8789
max 2011

Is this a bad oxygen sensor?

My trouble codes were
P0300 and P1313
I looked those up and its a random multiple cylinder misfire and Misfire Catalyst Damage Fault Bank A

Is this anything serious or just an o2 sensor?

That could just be an old code that was never cleared. There's an option in the ultra gauge display to do so, but I can't remember how off the top of my head. Clear it, if it's a real issue it'll come back.

Dude, do yourself a favor and turn off all the alarms, second read the owners manual.
Mine set off a alarm for the cat temp being out of range, well duh, the DI does not give cat temps.
The only alarm you might want is for engine temp, set the alarm for 220*F, I personally have all alarms turned off, they are annoying and useless.
You will be driving in heavy traffic, your CEL will come on, your alarm will go off, scare the living hell out of you and you will crash and burn.

I am having the same message on my ultragauge. Cat bank 1 sensor 1, however there are no other codes. This is making my truck drive in a limp home mode. No power at all. Won't rev above 1800 once closed loop is achieved. How do I diagnose this issue? There are no cat sensors only 02 sensors and they are all reading what they should.

These trucks do not have a "limp" mode.
What is the fault code you are getting?
Is it saying the O2 is bad, out of range, what?

The only fault code I'm getting is a pending 1190. Engine temp is reading fine, O2's are reading fine. I just finished doing the head gaskets when this happened. When I reconnected the negative battery terminal there was a larger than normal arc, as if a strong voltage spike happened. Upon starting the vehicle all the interior lights were pulsating. I connected a multimeter to the battery and found the voltage was surging between 14.4 and 14.9 about 2 to 3 times a second. Also the engine would not rev up. Guessing the voltage regulator went out I took the alternator to be tested. Test was inconclusive so I replaced the alternator and held on to my core. After replacing the alternator the battery voltage stays at a constant 13.6. No more pulsating lights and the engine reved fine while cold. Once it goes into closed loop it won't rev above 1800. I replaced the 02 sensors and no change.

Using the U-G watch the TPS values and see whats happens during open loop and closed loop.

Should it not be at 0 or 1% at idle?

I didnt express myself very well, sorry.
Open loop, rev past 1800rpm, what does the TPS say?
Closed loop, rev past 1800rpm, what does the TPS say?
Are the values equal all the time, open loop vs closed loop?

The TPS gets dead spots on it, I'm trying to figure out if thats your problem.
