Default Vac Line HELP! - 98' Land Rover Disco

I have a vacuum line running from behind the airbox to the front of the car on the driver's side that is currently not connected to anything. It's one of the lines from the T split that connects at the FPR (not the line running to the break bolster).

I've read the RAVE manual and looked at many old posts but my engine configuration looks different from what I've seen thus far. The vac line diagram under the hood is worse than the one in my A6 which is surprising.

Please help and I apologize if this has already been discussed. I will post pictures tomorrow night.

Where do I find the cruise control vacuum connection? Please tell me it is towards the front of the vehicle.

Here are a few pics. I am holding the disconnected line in one of them. I am sure this is adding little to the conversation. I have a few more questions as I am having some serious difficulty.

When you say under the headlamp do you mean in the headlamp housing underneath the bulbs?

Is the cruise control pump directly under the headlamp housing?

Could the unit have been removed?

Start with page 335 in the RAVE, it'll show you.
