Default vac hoses

i found a vac line fallen off the back of my stepper motor and decided to give the hoses a once over, my cruise control isn't working so i figured there might be one loose there. i found one but don't know where to connect it. the hose comes from the cruise "thingy" (for lack of a better technical term) to a tee which goes into the firewall one way,and the other one goes forward around the airbox and was laying down almost under the headlight by the airbag sensor i can't figure where it should connect unless there is a cruise control component there i can't see. thanks for the help.

Yes there is, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a vacuum pump under there as the cruise does not run off engine vacuum. Never had to mess with mine so no idea how to get to it.
