alright so can someone please tell me where the vacuum hose that goes through the fire wall connects ? i noticed it was cracked and went to cut the bad part off and it came off inside the cab and i can't seam to find where it came off and while i'm asking what does it do ?

 

That is for the cruise control, it connects to the switch on the back of the brake pedal, goes though the firewall to a "T", one end goes to the bellows on the throttle body and the other goes to the cruise vacuum pump.
