Vacuum hose routing

Does anybody have a definitive guide to the routing for all the vacuum lines under the hood? (with pics if possible!)

Disco Mike list the same amount of vacuum line for the D2
2 feet of 3/16th vacuum tube
2 feet of 5/16th vacuum tube

I am also looking for the same images
