Default Vibrating brake pedal?

It was icy out this morning and whenever I came to a stop while driving, the brake pedal would start vibrating and making a clicking noise. Not at first, but right before I came to a full stop. Im thinking it might be abs. The abs light comes on when I first start it up, but it turns off when I start driving.
Any suggestions?

That would be the ABS keeping you from sliding by modulating the brakes. As far as coming on when you start up, if that is beyond the normal 3 seconds Power On Self Test (POST) that most of the warning light do, it deserves more investigation. You can take out the ABS fuse in the underhood box for diagnosis, some don't like it and drive with it disabled.

So it is normal for the abs to make that noise and have the pedal vibrate? My parent's car has abs and it doesn't do that when it is working.
As far as the light goes, it seems normal like you said.

All ABS vehicles do pretty much the same thing, is this your first vehicle?
Do not worry cause it is doing it's job.

I love the red, which is my favorite color by the way, I thought of getting mine painted later down the road but I probably need to wait, she had just gotten fresh black laid on her when I first got her.

Yes I have, but I still need to do some more.
Things I've done so far...

New brake pads
New serpentine belt
New fuel filter
New fuel pump
New spark plugs
New muffler
Cleaned throttle body
Rotella 15w 40 oil
New air filter
Flushed brake fluid
Fixed frozen CDL

I plan to...

Change t-case fluid
Change diff fluids
Coolant flush
