Default videos of mods. light bar, cng/diesel, egt, mirror, cup holder

Here are some videos I made of my 1998 Discovery. I previously posted a 300tdi diesel and R380 manual trans conversion. Now I made videos on how to install a CNG/diesel injection system, Jeep Liberty Renegade roof light bar on the disco (I know it is blasphemy), Disco 2 cup holders and rear view mirror. Hope these are of interest to someone. Thanks.

EGT exhaust gas temperature indication system

disco 2 cup holder

disco 2 rear view mirror

Default thanks to all

interesting about the Saturn mirror. I wanted temp. I didn't realize that the disco 2 mirror didn't have temp until I had already purchased it. aside from the mount what else is involved? where is the temp sensor located? Thanks

The temp sensor mounts behind the grill, just remove temp sensor with mount (held with plastic clip) cut pigtail for reuse get mirror and mount plus mirror pigtail with as much wire as possible, you can cut the wire off rover mirror, chance button on glass and wire Saturn pigtail to rover one for power ground and just run the 2 wires out to sensor you will mount behind grill

Super easy, I found a how to for wiring what color to what (+/-) with Google search

Thanks Tom R.

I will try to find a Saturn in the junk yard and do that mirror. The compass and temp are just gimmicks but I live at 6400 ft elevation and for some reason I like to know the temp.

These mirrors have to be set to the zone you live in for compass then calibrate it is simple though, pic of mirror is in the thread in my signature
