I was referring to the hub centric rings( plastic/metal insert to match outer diameter for new wheels to the hub)

Had this happen to me when I went a size larger with the tires. after replacing just about everything, I found that these trucks are sensitive to tire PRESSURES. it was at 44 PSI on all 4 corners, when I dropped it down to 35, my shimmy, shake, bounce went away and has not been back in almost a year!! Won't cost you to give it a try

Tried pretty much everything you guys mentioned - no luck. Tires were actually at 54 PSI . Right now, will do the wheel bearings and steering rods and center link + alignment. Will see if that fixes the issue. If not - next would probably be the swivelball pins/bearings? I really hope I wont have to go that route.

I would have the tires rebalanced before I spent any money elsewhere.
It may not be the problem, but I always balanced 33" and bigger tires twice. More often than not, after adding weights, and spinning again, they would be off and need redone. Big heavy tires can take a little extra effort to get right.
You may have worn parts, and bigger and heavier tires will show worn parts more, but everything you describe is classic tires out of balance, and it only takes one.
I'de take it back and tell them they need balanced again, as they have been bad since mounting.
