That might be the problem, everything is at to much of a angle and it cant take the stress, eventually something will break.
However I ma no expert on anything especially lifts.
I do know that if you go over 3" you will have serious problems but 2" is safe.

more like 3.5"....i dont want to put the stock springs back in...I will prolly cut a 1.25 coil off the front and .5 coil in the back to bring her back down to about a 2" lift...

I may have missed something, but before I did anything drastic, I would remove the front dshaft, see if the vibe is still there. If so, re-clock the rear dshaft until the vibe goes away (or not). Many cars and trucks shafts are balanced in a particular orientation. My .02

Took the the drive shaft out...vibs are gone...so it has to be the shaft...too much lift and the stock d1 shaft cant cope with it i would say...you guys think a double cardan would cure it? i think so...

Yes a double cardon will take care of this, thats why they run one in the DII.

No I do not know if a DII front prop shaft will work on a DI, however you can get a used one for cheap from a salvage yard and try it out.
Then if it fits and cures the vibration then have it rebuilt with greasable u-joints and centering ball kit.
