So far I have ONLY found the check Air Bag lite on. Cruise Control DOA but the vac line is cracked so that is an easy one. Rides well have all the books, records. 133,915 we are 2nd owner. Looks like TLC and we will be fine. I bought an OBD system 2 years ago so it looks like I wil get a chance to use it. Also bought a Sanke Camera to look under and behind the engine to see the hoses, GETTING OLD!

Better answers on this than the Range Rover. Looks like the D1 is safe for awhile. Running great so I will use it and save the RR.
Took it to the "vets" to check out what was done and see what really GOT done. Turns out the PO got taken for a ride after her husband died. Receipts from the RR dealer STOPPED when he took ill so a local shop took over the work and ran up bills in the $5,000.00 range total.
Well RR Columbia S.C. checked out the unit today and had some not so bad news.
1. Air shocks have been factory Updated to coils with the correct kit from RR
2. NO Oil leaks anyplace, how un-British
3. The $1,250 repair to the radiator was NEVER done but she paid for it the shop SUPER GLUED the drain line that is part of the radiator so need new radiator and related items.
4. FLUID in the vac booster, NOT GOOD need to replace
5. The cabin filters where plugged and the foam for that was also gone and the doors over the filters where letting in water. All fixed today plus the diag total cost $238.00
6. the brain box and the main fuse panel are damaged from the lack of getting trash out of the system so those will be replaced.
Bottom line is a total of $2,386.00 and the unit is perfect.
RR Columbia has a deal for the 2001 and OLDER units they REDUCE their rate from $105.00 per hour to $75.00 and then give you 30% of the list price for parts on all the work they do. Add to that the fact the wash the unit and are very honest about setting up a schedule you can live with.
So all said and done we will have UNDER $8,500.00 in it.
Now I also got all the factory information and found that the FACTORY repainted the whole car on a recall for clear cote problems and paint problems. I have all the paperwork on that.
SO lets see how this POS does.
PS Dropped "MR" now just Mutley
