Looks good, how was the rust? You should take the headlight washer nozzles off your old bumper and fit them to your ARB

The rust was minimal.
I tried to remove the washers but the nuts would not come off and I didnt want to break the nozzles.
I removed the washer hose and am saving that since it is good.
I did have to turn it upside down and wash out all off the dirt and sand.
What a PIA to put on though, me, a friend and my floor jack and it still took forever.

How did you block off the flow of washer fluid when you removed the washer hose for the headlights?

i used a cap or plug of some sort and a hose clamp. I always thought the headlight washers were a joke

I used a large bolt on mine, threaded it in and then wrapped it in duct tape so I can use it again later after I get new washer nozzles.
The winch bumper only had one and it was half broke, the previous owner had already kinked and clamped off the washer hose on the donor truck.
So I just removed the one that was left, it broke when I tried to under the nut.
I have no idea how steel rusts onto plastic, but it did.

I was hoping for a different fix, but I did it similar to you. I used a screw/bolt of some sort and used a clamp at one end. It was leaking because of a hole by the non return valve.
