Default What Tools/Parts Do You Bring With You?

I'm putting together my emergency tool/part kit for any overlanding expeditions for my new rig (oh, I broke down and joined the DI crew). I'm trying to nail down what tools/parts are essential to have at all times when off the main road. Any suggestions are appreciated. Great to be back!

I'm just thinking in general terms....weekend to a week in the woods or on the trail. Nothing crazy. General necessary tools, parts that tend to fail more than others, etc. I just acquired a 95 I'm super excited about.
