Default Wheel offsets, spacers, etc w/265/75's

So I didn't get any other crap done this weekend but managed to get the tires swapped from the NATO steel wheels to stock Disco 5 spokes, not the flat style but the same as those from a Defender. I didn't realize the offset was different, should have looked into this but I'd seen other trucks with stock wheels and 265's as well as a couple with 285's. Perhaps they are running spacers.

Anyway so now I get rubbing in the front and oddly, the right rear looks to be inward further than the left rear (I need to measure this but visually it is).

So, questions........

1. Are Disco and Defender 5 spokes the same (wondering if I have a mix if they are indeed different) or do they have different offset?
2. Can I run spacers on the stock studs with the stock wheels using stock lug nuts? I don't know how much thread engagement there is, haven't pulled a nut to check yet.
3. Are there other stock wheels (Defender, RRC, Disco 1) that offer a different offset or are they all the same?

I much prefer the look of the stock wheels but if it's a functional thing I'll go back to the NATO's for clearance.

Appreciate the help, cheers.

Assuming they are actually Wolf wheels, and not a knock-off labeled "NATO", they are 6 /12" vs the alloy 7", but they have a greater off-set.
I've been running Wolfs for about 12 years with spacers, on the front. I've never tried spacers on alloy's. With the Wolf to get full thread engagement you need longer studs, but I use them with the stock studs.

All stock alloys have the same backspacing as far as I know.
You can run stock alloys(no spacers) with 265/75/16's, I did. You should rub the fenders at all, not with yours being trimmed already. The rubbing is most likely the tire rubbing on the radius arms at full steering lock. You can adjust the steering stops to correct this.
I know run the stud centric wheel spacers from EZAccesories on stock alloys with tmy 35's.
My rear axle is shifted the exact same way. I have no idea what the deal is and I've given up searching.

I will check the wheels to determine what they actually are, at least one of them has a sticker on it, I didn't bother to check though.

Thanks!

Yeah not fender but definitely inner radius arm. This did not happen with the NATO's and it was kind of nice having that smaller turning circle. What size are your spacers? Like I said I'm wondering how much spacer I could add and still use stock studs/lug nuts.

Funny on the rear axle offset, the more I think about it the more I recall (or maybe want to recall it) my previous disco had this.

Thanks.

PN ANR5593 are tubed Wolfs
PN ANR4583 are tubeless Wolfs (and also stamped "TUBELESS")

I think my spacers are about 30mm, but like I said, I got them about 12 years ago and don't remember for sure. They are from RTE and last I checked, several years ago, they don't make them anymore.

I run the 1.5" spacers from EzAccesories:
Wheel Adapters Discovery Range Rover Land Spacers 1 5" | eBay
Although I got my set used and for a lot less. These are lug centric, not hubcentric. The hub-centric are a little better but I haven't had any problems with mine whatsoever. The only problem is that Discount Tire got a bug up their *** when they took my wheel off and saw them and refused to do anything with the spacers installed.
Most spacers will come with new acorn style nuts. You bolt the spacer to the hub with the acorn nuts and bolt the wheel to the spacer with your stock lug nuts. 1.5" sounds like a lot, but its not really. My 35's stuff fine with them. I'll see if I can dig up some pics with/without spacers.

So I checked the wheels....they are 16x7 (stamped into the wheel itself) and the sticker reads "ARB." So these are just steel wheels then, not NATO's correct? I'll have to measure the offset and compare it to the stock wheel to see what the difference is, then decide what I'll do about it.

Thanks for all the help everyone.

Cheers.

So what's the story behind the ARB steel wheels? Just regular ol' steel wheels then? Tonite I plan to compare the backspacing (offset) to the stock wheel and see what the difference is. *If* I can add a spacer with the stock wheel to achieve nearly the same overall track then I'll do that otherwise I guess I'll eat the "didn't do enough research" sandwich and probably go back to the steels.

Is it safe to assume all the RRC wheels are the same offset as stock D1/Defender wheels? I have 2x RRC Expedition wheels (still shopping for 3 more) and I'd love to run these but not if the situation ends up the same as other stock wheels.

Cheers.

What's a RRC Expedition wheel?
