Well I stopped in today and I was promised that it would be done and ready to put on the truck by Fri.
We will see.
ColoDisco-These guys making bumpers are making a fortune. The steel isnt that expensive and the material is less than that.
If I told you what it actually cost to make one of these you would flip.

He took my $100, said he was moving to a different building, and now I cant find him, I believe he went out of business.
However, I am looking to do rock sliders now with a different guy, a guy who's whole business is fabricating stuff, mostly he makes custom dirt bike and off road go-kart frames but he said if I bring him a napkin sketch he can CAD it and we can go from there.
I am looking for the trim piece (used off of a donor type truck so I dont have to remove mine) that goes on the bottom of the door sills to bring him for the dimensions and etc.
I have no idea on pricing yet, depends on how much it is to make, I know guys make their own for $100 in steel and then welding and paint supplies.

I bought the trail gear sliders and gussets, had them welded on and painted them with POR 15.
I got the 67" and they had to be trimmed on each end and have the caps reattached.
Toyota, Suzuki Samurai, and Jeep Off Road Parts
My fab guy who also welded them on also added extra supports at the front and back.
