Winch bumper
I got this bull bar for $40 (from a friend so dont go thinking they are that cheap
)

As you can see the lower portion was rusty and scraped up pretty bad so my fab guy recommended doing this:

I am quite pleased with the result. Depending on how this bumper thread turns out I may have my fab guy make a bumper and integrate the top half of this into the bumper itself.

for a rear bumper something like this
