JUST AN FYI the tint is checked with a calibrated battery powered meter that has a slot in it, you slide it over the door window, it displays the amount of light passing through the glass and tint,front windshield tint is usualy only legal if kept above the ansi line on the glass

never seen a fully tinted front windshield

 

That's my point if its not dark they don't even think about it
