Does anyone know how to tighten these things up? I took off the cap on the end and there appears to be an allen insert in there. I went through all the different metric sizes and couldn't find one to go in. Any tips? Thanks

 

I would bet that if you can't find a allen wrench that fits the screws are Torx (star). Give that a try and get back to us if that's not it.
