what are the biggest wheels i can put on a 2001 disco II... i want 24's but heard you have 2 trim stuff?? is this true

 

Why would you want to go to a 24" wheel, they ride like ****, cost a blaming fortune and the tires don't last. If you do something like that, you can't even drive down a dirt road without worrying about tearing a hole in what little side wall they have.
Yes, there will be a fair amount of triming to keep them from rubbing.

Also the 4wd system will be totally fubar'd if you do something like that. Why are you concerned with bling? You are making a fine marque look bad, really bad!!!!

 

Yeah I wouldn't do it. They largest wheels I've seen on a D2 was 19inch Range Rover wheels they fit well and look good with the truck.
