Try my test.
Take the cap off on the warm engine.
If it does not toss out antifreeze, you are good.
And, if you don't have the gurgle you are good.

Since it seems you can bleed out all the air - then you have no HG issues.

Water on passenger floor is a issue with the heater matrix it self or the O rings that are on the heater matrix pipes. Small little .39cent rubber O ring, pain in the **** to get to kinda.

i thought you said you preasure tested it for over an hour and it did not drop.

Yeah.
My test is simple.
So simple that no one ever takes it seriously.

Worked for me.

When my head gaskets were bad - the Rover D2 spewed out antifreeze at a high idle.

When the head gaskets were replaced and the system bled - the antifreeze stayed in the cooling system and in the coolant tank even with the cap removed at a high idle.
