02 discovery SE engine weight

Does anyone know the approximate dry weight of my 02 discovery SE's engine? I'm in the market for an engine stand and need to make sure it can hold the weight.

I would say around 400lbs..Just a guesstamation. A 4.7 motor Jeep weighs 475, and no way its heavier than that...

most of the stands are rated over 1000 lbs. so that's good news to me. I just saw the pictures of your engine swap. How did it turn out?

Turned out great, I just need to get rid of this damn lifter noise then it would be perfect.

Well, I replaced the lifters and now 1 side is making the noise..Spike said something about the rocker arms, i think i'm gonna get some new ones and throw them in and see how it works..
