03-04 ARB bumper fitment on 99-02 disco?

03-04 ARB bumper fitment on 99-02 disco?
I like the look of the 03-04 ARB bumper much better then the 99-02 and all the ARB bumpers don't say they interchange. Another brand of winchbumper says it fits all Disco 2's 99-04. So what would it take to get a 03-04 ARB to fit my 99 disco 2? I know I would have to buy the round fog lights off a 03-04 but do mounting brackets line up or what?

Call Jon Lee at, http://www.expeditionexchange.com/contact/ he can answer your question since he sells both the ARB as well as the TJM bumpers.
