Thanks again man - I’ve got a lot I’d like to do to keep the D2 going strong and it’s a lot to learn while I’m dealing with a lot in my life. I’m 34, so I’ll make sure I’ve got some lessons to give to others as the years go on!

For future reference you can use NAPA #ECH-SL918 as well as the known Duralast #LU410 part numbers for the brake switch.

Thank you - I used the Duralast part since the Autozone near me had one in stock and i found that it had a Land Rover emblem branded on the switch itself. Hopefully it’ll last as long as the original one and won’t cause the same issue with the shifter if it dies!
