You need new seals.
I have done this on a Ford van, I took a very small drill bit and drilled three holes in the lens, two on top (one in each corner), and one on the bottom in the middle.
The condensation will evaporate out of the holes.
But the corect fix is a new gasket that seals the water out of the lens. Also check your bulb where it goes into the back of the lens, if it isint seated correctly it can let water in.

I had the same problem.
I found one of the light connections to be just a bit loose. Once it appeared as though I didn't have a serious problem, I removed said bulb and applied a hairdryer to the front. The condensation heated up the water and it escaped through the light socket.
Be sure not to get it too hot, though. Otherwise you might scorch the plastic. Move it around a bit and stop periodically to let it cool off.

ditto on the hairdryer fix. i had the same thing did the hairdryer deal then made sure all the sealing caps for the bulbswere tight then applied a thin bead of silicone sealant around the inside edge of the lens where it meets the housing. no more condensation

Every good mechanic needs a hair dryer lol. I have removed decals, did window tint, dried headlights like you said, and oh yeah they're great for keeping a fire going on the bbq grill when you're too lazy or had a few too many to go to the store for more charcoal. But yeah, take the bulb out and use the hair dryer.
