I PURCHASED AN 03 DISCOVERY SE IN APRIL 2007....19,000 MILES.WITHIN THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS I HAD TO GET A SENSOR REPLACED TWICE. WAS GETTING BRAKE, ABS, AND HILL DECENT WARNING LIGHTS, IS THIS THE THREE AMIGOS YOU GUYS KEEP TALKING ABOUT? HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM SINCE. ALL IN ALL I LOVE THE DISCO....ANY OTHER PROBLEMS TO LOOK FORWARD TO??

Watch your oil pump, the frist few months of production on '03 had lots of failures. If you search the forum you should be able to find the affected vin #'s. Also it is usally recommended to change out the U-Joints on your driveshaft to ones that are greasable.Thumb around and you'll see many discussions. Welcome to the forum!

 

I just searched and I couldn't find the VIN# breakdown. Anyone know the post?
