As I read that thread, I’m not certain the direction of the diagnosis was correct. To me, it sounded like there was air getting introduced into the system somewhere, or a blockage.

That would lead me to do a very detailed inspection of each of the HARD lines and the confirm every junction in the system was sealed up well.

I definitely agree that compressed air through the lines would be a way to see if there is blockage. As I think about it, I’d disconnect each line and do them individually.

And I am a massive fan of the Nanocom and bleeding through the ABS pump.

Hey so I did end up finding a solution, there were really two things going wrong that were preventing my brakes from working after I had replaced my master cylinder and booster; an improperly adjusted brake booster plunger and not properly bleeding trapped air (the hardlines are fine and there was never any blockages or air entering the system). So the brake booster plunger can be screwed in and out to shorten or lengthen it and in my case the replacement part's plunger was too long, which was leading to calipers locking up and a multitude of issues. Additionally, at the time I didn't own a code reader capable of bleeding my braking system and I was trying to bleed the system by jumping the abs pump via the fuse box and while I was triggering the pump in the video I posted, I wasn't triggering the valves so it wasn't really bleeding anything. After a proper bleed and adjustment of the booster plunger the brakes are working great.

So what's going on with your ABS pump? Are you saying you replaced it and aren't getting pressure now or have you not messed with the system but are having pressure issues? I will say that if you think you have air trapped in the system take your disco to a gravel road and do some launches, burnouts, or even dounts. This makes the ABS system actuate all of the valves and is how I got trapped air out of my system before I purchased my code reader.
